AIDS Drug Sex Awareness Club
AIDS/Drugs/Sex Awareness (ADSA) Club, coordinated by Mr. Onu-Njoku Allen is a students’ body responsible for educating the entire LSPR community on Lifestyle and Health related issues especially in the areas of HIV/AIDS, Drug Abuse and Sex education and Orientations.
ADSA annually observes the world AIDS day on December 1 by raising awareness on HIV/AIDS issues like Spread, Control, Prevention and Stigma and Discrimination against People Living with HIV/AIDS and garnering support for HIV/AIDS victims and orphans.
ADSA also holds Drug Free Awareness Campaigns, to educate people on the dangers of drug use and generate support for donations to Drug Rehabilitation centers. T-shirts reading ‘Say No to Drugs’ with a red ribbon affixed, shows their solidarity to Victims of HIV/AIDS and drugs related complications. This has proven to be impactful on everyone.
