Professional Residency Programme

The Professional Residency Programme (PRP) prepares the students to become skillful assistant lecturers following the vision and mission of STIKOM LSPR Jakarta.

What are the qualifications for participating in PRP?

  • Student of STIKOM LSPR in Semester VII
  • Good academic standing
  • Good communication skills
  • Good character
  • Leadership skills

How long is the PRP conducted?

  • The programme will be held for 6 months/1 semester; already including training and the comprehensive in-depth study of the assigned subject

Duties of PRP:

  • To participate in the training process provided by STIKOM LSPR
  • To show commitment to work fulltime for the period of 6 months
  • To apply and maintain polite and appropriate behaviour in order to maintain a good corporate image of STIKOM LSPR

Career Guidance Seminar
At present LSPR Career Centre is preparing Career Guidance Seminars (CGS) as compulsory for preparing better graduates. The seminars are aimed for graduating students who are now in the stage of preparing thesis and are about to defend them.

The seminars contents:

  • Developing Self Esteem
  • Personal Time Management
  • Team Building
  • Attitude Briefing
  • Writing the Best Resume for Communication Careers

Those contents are divided into two series of seminar:

Career Guidance Seminar 1
(2 topics-4 hours)

  • Professionalism in the Workplace: the right attitude and behavior, Professional Presence Quotient, proper grooming, time management.
  • Team Building

Career Guidance Seminar 2
(2 topics-4 hours)

  • The Corporate Culture and its Challenges
  • The LSPR Career Center & Job Search
